Bencher Iambic BY-1 Paddle
The venerable Bencher BY-1 dual lever, iambic paddle is well known in ham radio. The paddle is "spring loaded" with adjustments for tension and contact spacing. Most people can find suitable setting with these two adjustments.

Comments (Please read carefully): As you can see from the photographs, this key definitely needs a thorough cleaning. The rubber feet on this paddle are hardened from age and will likely slip on a slick surface. They probably should be replaced. The 1/4 inch phono plug on the key is stereo, but wired for mono. Spring looks good. Contacts need careful cleaning (not sanding). I believe with a little "elbow grease" and TLC this key can be restored to 100 percent working order.
