1:1 current balun project.
Having access to empty dipstick containers in the lab i work at I
thought they would make excellent hf baluns
Below is a picture of the completed balun. Ask your local lab to save you
a couple. they normally throw them away.

| I used a type 43 torroid core with a bifilar winding. half the
winding runs in a counter direction this chokes out common mode
currents.on the coax. |
