The database for the frenc departements.

Info on the ADIF codes.

In generel the infomations such as ITU-, CQ-zones, Latitudes and Longitudes I found by using DXAtlas.

Denmark is typed in as follows: Denmark:   14: 18: EU: 56.00: -10.00: -1.0: OZ:   56 i 56 N and -10 is 10 East
Like this N/E becomes + and - N/W becomes + and +

MixWin

The Mixwin is some what simpel to make change i the DXCC. It just opening the CTY.DAT file. And then typing the info in.
I added:
Rep. of Kosova Z6 Not valid at the moment.
and
South Sudan Z8.
It is done by adding 2 set of linies:
Rep. of Kosova: 15: 28: EU: 42.70: -21.20: -1.0: Z6:
Z6;
South Sudan: 34: 48: AF: 9.52: -29.53: -3.0: Z8:
Z8;
Remember to use the correct spacing etc.
Now if You want to see the full cty.dat file press:

Here are some screen dumps. It is how it was typed in.
BUT as You will i used adif code 517 NOT a good idea. That was already taken by PJ2 Curacao. So in the adif list I found a "free" number" 331. Then I used that Bee preparred to change it to the coorect one, when Z6 gets its own adif code.
Went back in my log found the qso's with Z6 and changed the DXCC info. Then all is well.
