Minutes of the Annual General Meeting 29/5/2000
Held at the RSL Hall, Fred Bell Pde Victoria Park.

1 The meeting having been postponed due to the lack of a quorum when first called for the 1st May, the president thanked those who made the special effort to attend.

The president VK6MT Mal opened the AGM at the close of the General Meeting at 20.37

2 The minutes of the previous AGM dated 3.5.99 were read and accepted VK6CSW/ZLZ.

Matters Arising
 The Audit of accounts never happened, a previous officer had the reports and did not return them.

ACTION:   VK6ZLZ the Treasurer to reconstitute the annual report from electronic media files, VK6TRC Rob and VK6HAO Peter to audit the past four years reports ASAP.
