Greetings from the state of Maine! My name is Dan or DANO and I live in the town of Glenburn which is a suburb of the city of Bangor. I am married to my beautiful wife and we have two wonderful boys (born in 2010 and 2014). I work for a medical equipment company full-time. I was born and grew up in the city of Calais which is right on the New Brunswick Canadian border. As a family, we normally enjoy walks on maintained trails along with visiting random parks in the area. Periodically we would attend live events, travel, and go to services at The Rock Church. Whether on the job or on personal time, I enjoy driving and sight seeing. I also enjoy 2-way radio communication during both leisure time or helping out at special events. I am a licensed Ham Radio and GMRS operator. My callsigns are "W1DLO" and "WQPY804" respectively. I am also back on CB radio going by the handle "River Rat". Another radio related thing I do is host a LIVE audio/video stream of my police scanner which is hooked up to a very high gain vertical VHF/UHF antenna. Due to this high gain antenna, I can pick up public safety departments in at least 11 counties within Maine which is quite a reach. For music I enjoy pretty much anything rock related.
