Small HF PA with AFT05MS003N measurements
Measurements on a QRP power amplifier using a push-pull of AFT05MS003N.
This PA was a prototype for the Hermes-Lite PA; for measurements of this PA performance with the Hermes-Lite see this page.
The PA was built on a versatile "PA test board" designed by Steve Haynal, KF7O:
The two LDMOS are soldered on two small adapter PCBs, with plenty of vias from the middle source pad to the ground bottom side,and are held against a small heatsink by two large plastic clips.
