General Procedure to Create Training Event
1. Create Google Form to allow participant registration. Include specific details of event / participation
2. Create Web .html form with same information and link to it from applicable dates on this CALENDAR
3. If EOC is to be used, complete Facility Use Request.
4. Advertise widely, thru email / ARES (R) net, / NFL-SEC Form etc.
