Well might you ask "Where On Earth Is North Lakes?"

North Lakes is part of the Moreton Bay Region in South East Queensland and is located 26 km (18 mi) north of the City Of Brisbane, the 3rd largest city in Australia.

The Moreton Bay Region is a diverse area, spanning more than 2,037 square km (786 sq mi) and boasting everything from rural townships and urban centres to coastal villages and business precincts. Originally part of Mango Hill, North Lakes was subdivided as a separate suburb in February 2006.

'm located on the outskirts of North Lakes on a typical 700 m² (7700 ft²) suburban lot, about 42m above sea level and 6.0 km (3.7 mi) from Deception Bay as the crow flies.

The climate here is classed as humid subtropical with average summer temperatures of 35°C (95°F) and winter temperatures rarely dropping below 15°C (59°F)
